Caitlyn graduated from the Western University Masters of Physiotherapy program in 2019. Caitlyn is an experienced concussion management practitioner and has completed the Level 1 concussion course.

Dr. Andrew McManus attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.  He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association. His primary practice areas include:

Sarah Dolmage

Sarah Dolmage

Manual Osteopathic Practitioner


Sarah is currently on Maternity Leave until October 2026.

Sarah graduated with a Masters diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2024 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Before completing her masters, she completed her kinesiology degree at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2017 and competed her kinesiology registration exam in 2018. Sarah is a manual osteopathic practitioner with a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness through hands-on healing. With a deep-rooted belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, she specialize in gentle, non-invasive techniques aimed at restoring balance, alleviating pain, and improving overall function. Sarah is passionate about her profession and is committed to empowering people with the tools to improve and optimize their health.

Jennifer Plourde

Registered Massage Therapist

Jenn graduated from Fanshawe College’s massage therapy program in 2016.  She completed training with Dr. Vodder’s school of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2018.  She has a keen interest in manual lymphatic drainage, lymphedema and post-cancer massage. Jennifer has worked with diverse populations applying all kinds of massage techniques. Jennifer’s clinical focuses include:

Jennifer Burkholder

Jen graduated from the massage therapy program at Medix College in 2008 as class valedictorian. Over her career, Jen has worked in a variety of settings including physiotherapy, chiropractic, and wellness clinics. She has treated a wide range of clients and thrives on developing tailored treatment plans to meet their needs.

Cody Brown

Registered Massage Therapist

Cody graduated from Anderson College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Having a sports career and injury setbacks of his own, he understands the importance of rehabilitation and being proactive with your physical and mental well-being. Working in both clinical and spa settings, he is well adept at tailoring his treatment plans to each individuals desired outcome. Cody is a registered massage therapist specializing in deep tissue massage, treating postural dysfunction, and pain management.

Holly Smith-Garrell

Registered Massage Therapist

Holly graduated with honours from the TriOS Accelerated Massage Therapy program in 2025. She holds specialized certifications in infant, paediatric, pre/postnatal massage, hot stone, assisted stretching, and is a certified personal trainer.
 
Fascinated by the human body, Holly creates tailored approaches that restore balance, improve function, and support overall well-being. She helps people reach their wellness goals and supports them throughout their rehabilitation journeys.
 
Outside of work, Holly enjoys the gym, nature, and being a mom to her 4-year-old son, which inspires her passion for wellness.
