Tamara graduated in 2008 and completed the Graduate Certificate of Clinical Physiotherapy – Incontinence and Women’s Health. Tamara specializes in pelvic health physiotherapy and the following primary practice areas:

Dr. Andrew McManus attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.  He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association. His primary practice areas include:

Sarah Dolmage

Sarah Dolmage

Registered Kinesiologist

Sarah graduated from the University of Ontario Institute Of Technology with a bachelors degree in Health Science, honours in Kinesiology.

Having worked as a registered kinesiologist since 2018, she has experience in exercise prescription, rehabilitation, acute injury care and chronic pain management. She has worked with various populations including high-performance varsity athletes, veterans and MVA clients.

Sarah is passionate about her profession and is committed to empowering people with the tools to improve and optimize their health.

Jennifer Plourde

Registered Massage Therapist

Jenn graduated from Fanshawe College’s massage therapy program in 2016.  She completed training with Dr. Vodder’s school of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2018.  She has a keen interest in manual lymphatic drainage, lymphedema and post-cancer massage. Jennifer has worked with diverse populations applying all kinds of massage techniques. Jennifer’s specializations include:
