Diane graduated from the Newcastle University (Australia) Physiotherapy program in 2007 and has over 14 years experience as a Registered Physiotherapist in the London area. Her primary practice areas include:

Sarah Dolmage

Sarah Dolmage

Registered Kinesiologist


Sarah graduated with a Masters diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2024 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Before completing her masters, she completed her kinesiology degree at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2017 and competed her kinesiology registration exam in 2018. Sarah is a manual osteopathic practitioner with a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness through hands-on healing. With a deep-rooted belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, she specialize in gentle, non-invasive techniques aimed at restoring balance, alleviating pain, and improving overall function. Sarah is passionate about her profession and is committed to empowering people with the tools to improve and optimize their health.

Jennifer Plourde

Registered Massage Therapist

Jenn graduated from Fanshawe College’s massage therapy program in 2016.  She completed training with Dr. Vodder’s school of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2018.  She has a keen interest in manual lymphatic drainage, lymphedema and post-cancer massage. Jennifer has worked with diverse populations applying all kinds of massage techniques. Jennifer’s specializations include:

Elizabeth Snook

Registered Massage Therapist

Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist and Level 3 Certified Lymphedema specialist. Elizabeth graduated with honours from the 3-year advanced Massage Therapy program with Durham College in June 2020 and completed her Level 3 Lymphedema trainin in 2022.
Elizabeth has provided treatment in a pregnancy and infancy centre, a traumatic brain injury centre, a long-term care centre, and for the Durham College’s varsity sports teams. Elizabeth’s specializations include:

Jen graduated from the massage therapy program at Medix College in 2008 as class valedictorian. Over her career, Jen has worked in a variety of settings including physiotherapy, chiropractic, and wellness clinics. She has treated a wide range of clients and thrives on developing tailored treatment plans to meet their needs.

Emily Woodhouse

Physiotherapy Assistant


Emily graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology while also playing hockey for the Varsity Women’s Hockey team. After completing her Kinesiology degree Emily furthered her education and completed the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Fanshawe College in 2022. Emily works with the physiotherapist in the clinic and enjoys getting to know the clients while making a positive impact on their lives. Emily is driven towards helping others reach their goals through exercise prescription and progressions specific to individual needs.
